This is a dynamic internship opportunity that will provide give the intern the breadth of various facets within the Human Resources function in a fast paced, fun and energizing environment. The role is expected to be a core team member of the HR department in supporting its initiatives and efforts across the organization. This person will also take ownership and responsibilities of a few HR processes and have the opportunity to connect with leaders locally and teams abroad.
Job Description
Essential Responsibilities:
Support various HR Initiatives across employee populations at the site, spanning Learning and Development, Recruitment, Employee Relations and Compensation and Benefits
Coordinate technical Recruitment activities and onboarding & orientation activities on site
Partner with Teaming Champions and leaders to coordinate site wide initiatives
Lead internship engagement efforts across the site
Liaise with various HR teams in and outside the country for various HR processes
Support 5S efforts and filing and administrative tasks in the department.
Qualifications / Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, Human Resources, or related field with a minimum 3.0 CGPA
Proficient with Microsoft office (Outlook, Excel, Word and Power point)
Able to communicate verbally and in writing in Bahasa Malaysia and English
Fast learner, resourceful and curious
