• Proactive problem solving, follow up and negotiation skills
• Ability to effectively help to manage projects and tasks to deliver deadlines and commitments. 
• Adhere to all company standards established i.e. Safety, Quality & Mission & Vision
• Housekeeping for documents, manual, WI, SOP, Training records, and those related to department. All documents need to be file and sort according for any audit purpose and keep up to date.
• To perform any other duties as and when assigned by superior or management from time to time.
• To assist on maximize productivity of machinery
• Support engineers to collect and analyze evaluation data.
• Assist tech or engineer for the repair and maintenance of all manufacturing equipment and packaging lines
• Involvement in project on industrial solution such as PLC, HMI, SCADA, Drives and Mechanical.
• Good communications skill, self-initiative and proactively involve in project discussion and feedback.
