Job Description

Responsibility:

• You will participate actively in all aspects of designing, researching, building, and delivering data-focus products for business end users from sales, finance, operation team etc.
• You will collaborate with stakeholders to define data collection and requirements and establish clear business understanding to provide effective evaluation and process automation.
• You will involve the process in investigating and defining the data visualization and analytics solution for whole company.
• You will make complex data more understandable and usable by developing concise visualizations and dashboards.
• You will design and execute analytic projects, generate insights to support business assessments using advanced analytical techniques.
• Update and present project plans, status reports, cost / benefit evaluation & resource management plan.
• Coordinate Data cleansing activities, track the progress and report out to the Core project team on regular basis
• Guide and assist users in resolving problems through established support process channel.
• Accountably manage project tasks as may be assigned including management of issues/risks, roadblocks, dependencies and communication to stakeholders.
• Co-ordinate day to day project execution activities and team to ensure that projects are timely delivered.
• Track and maintain the project schedule as task manager.
• Update risk and issue log sheets in Project management tool (Smartsheet).
• Ensure accurate documentation and reporting on a regular basis
• Escalate issues early about the project to the business project manager.
• Follow up on all open items to program/project manager.
• Collect and evaluation information and data.

Qualifications/Requirements:

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelors or Masters Degree program at an accredited  university or credentialed software accelerator program.
• Degree  focused in Data analytics, Business analytics, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Computer Information Systems, IT Security, Informatics, Information Science/Technology, Management Information Systems, Software Engineering, Security and Risk Evaluation, or other relevant STEM majors with Software/IT experience
• 6 Months Internship (Hybrid)
