In our manufacturing plants, Plant Technicians are vital to the success of our business at P&G. You will work on a team that is responsible for keeping production flowing, meeting performance goals, and maintaining the high level of quality that consumers expect from our products.

In Vietnam, P&G Indochina Ltd. has 02 plants with details as following:

• Binh Duong Plant: Dong An IP – Binh Hoa Ward – Thuan An City – Binh Duong Province
• Ben Cat Plant: Vietnam – Singapore II IP – Vinh Tan Ward - Tan Uyen Town – Binh Duong Province.

​ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Strictly follow safety & quality standards to provide the perfect quality products to our consumers
• Able to display skills in manufacturing processes to maintain high performance production lines
• Maintaining accurate records and data
• Work on specific project(s) to improve the work process/machine performance in production line

Qualifications

• 3rd/4th year college/university students in all Technical/Technology/Engineering majors
• Preferable to take full-time apprentice maximum in 06 months
• Willing to work in rotating shifts
• Ability to demonstrate problem solving skills
• Collaborate well with diverse groups of people
