About our group:

The Lean Manufacturing team works with cross-functional departments to implement and sustain the Lean and Kaizen initiative. We look at improving productivity by studying work activities, analyzing value-add and non-value-add and motion time study, improving factory throughput by focusing on improvement on bottleneck capacity, inventory, and manufacturing cycle time reduction. We also support the production on Ergonomics program, handle tool design, line inventory and logistic requirements. We work with Regional Lean to align and deploy the Lean and Kaizen Initiative. 

About the role - you will:

• Support, improve and automate headcount modelling and planning
• Assist data collection system improvements
• Conduct motion time studies
• Improve and determine line inventory by analyzing machine performance, space, and work-in-process storage capacity

Your experience includes:

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Industrial and Systems Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Operations Management or other related fields
• Good knowledge of operations management
• Strong analytical skills
• Working proficiency with Microsoft Office Excel 
• Knowledge in Visual Basic will be an advantage
