About our group:

The Media Site Materials team's main role is to establish the Media Demand Plan to support the Drive Master Schedule (MS).

It involves translating the Drive MS quantity into media quantities by products to derive the overall RMO Demand Plan (RDP). Thereafter, the factory planners will use the RDP to determine the factory's output whilst taking into consideration of all product yields, machines/tooling and material constraints to establish the Master Production Schedule (MPS). Once the MPS is published, respective factory personnel will work accordingly to ensure a continuous supply of media to meet Drive MS requirements.

About the role - you will:

There are three project areas lined up:

• Enhance the current tracker to improve consistency on the Media Supply for Adexa (DSD upload)
• Develop a standard media demand computation format for faster turnaround for the EBO/LRP process and what-if scenarios
• Enhance existing files with relevant linkages to “data-source” to achieve a shorter turnaround duration

• Strong team player who is comfortable working in a dynamic environment
• Strong analytical thinker with an inclination towards numbers

Your experience includes:

• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (formulas, criteria, tables, charts, PivotTable, VLOOKUP)
• Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint to create workflows
