As part of the Business Excellence Team, the Workplace Services team supports global sites and provides solutions to our stakeholders.
About the role - you will:
You will support the Asia Pacific Workplaces Services Team in providing the most optimal working environment with the right facilities and support services to enable us to achieve our business goals.
- Support facilities management, which may include all or some degree of maintenance, planning, projects and services supporting the Seagate sites
- Learn the Building Management Systems (BMS), Direct Digital Controls (DDC), with special emphasis on mechanical systems
- Study building support systems, including plumbing, electrical, mechanical, fire alarm, fire sprinkler, roofing and sewer
- Coordinate with General Contractors (GC), Architects, Sub-Contractors, Trade Workers (Electrical, Mechanical, Plumbing) on their areas of responsibility
- Assist to review, identify gaps and improvise current processes
- Identify tasks that need to be done and the resources required, schedule and supervise work
- Undertake and co-lead project independently assigned
About you:
- Team player with strong interpersonal and written skills
- Self-starter and multi-tasker that is process-oriented
Your experience includes:
- Ability to collect and compile data, conduct analysis and produce reports
- Summarise data and formatting in presentation form
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Proficiency in AutoCAD is a plus
- Strong data analytic skills
