Maintain and Improve Hard Disc Drive Assembly Equipment (HDA) Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE). Work with cross-functional teams to monitor and improve product and process performance to meet cost, quality, and delivery matrix.

About the role - you will:

• Work in HDA factory in Korat and reporting to management team.
• Plan and manage engineering projects to meet organization and company goals.
• Design conveyor board repair buy-off system.
• Analyze conveyor control and power supply board failure mode.
• Perform data analytic and failure analysis to identify the root cause whether from man, machine, material, method or design robustness concern.
• Provide Design-For-Manufacturing feedback to the design team

• Good at data analytical skills.
