The Team

As a Finance intern, the intern will work as the finance leader on a team with representatives from various other functions that are responsible for a brand or channel. Within these teams, they will find strong collaboration among team members and an environment where everyone's opinions are valued and encouraged to be shared.

What success looks like

• Responsibilities as of Day 1 – the intern will feel the ownership of their project from the beginning, and they will be given specific projects and responsibilities
• Recognized state of the art Finance skills – the intern will get to test their knowledge and management abilities in real-life situations and obtain insights into the world of Finance & Accounting

Internship Information

• The internship starts in July and ends in August or September.
• The interns are considered the best pipeline of talent for P&G's Permanent positions. Based on their performance, they may get a full-time job offer from P&G.

• 3rd year students in all Business Administration, Finance, Accounting,…
• Preferable to take full-time internship from July-August.
• Proficient in Math and strong analytical thinking and skills
• Are born leaders and are passionate to make things happen
• Have an external focus and a real passion for finance
• Like to bring creativity & innovation to their work
• Collaborate well with diverse groups of people
• Programming proficiency will be advantage
